Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course on Exploration & Production Fundamentals, participants would be able to:

- Understand the basic concept with regard to evaluating oil & gas reserves, artificial lift, and enhancing recovery
- Understand the challenges associated with this industry such as offshore operations, horizontal drilling, and other safety concerns
- Get a general feel for basic petroleum economics

Training Methodology
The Exploration & Production Fundamentals training course includes a number of exercises aimed at enhancing each participant’s capability to understand various techniques used in finding, producing and processing oil & natural gas.
A number of short films will be presented during the course to enhance the participant’s knowledge of petroleum technology. Additionally, no prior knowledge of the topics covered in the course is required..
Pre & Post course assessments will be used to measure the effectiveness of this training and measure the skill and ability of participants.
