Course Objectives

for Driving Etiquettes, VIPs, and Protocol Management may include:

• Understanding the importance of protocol and VIP management in professional driving services
• Identifying and adhering to the appropriate levels of protocol and etiquette for different VIPs and situations
• Understanding the role of dress, behavior, and conduct in creating a positive impression and professional image for the driver and the company
• Understanding the selection and preparation of vehicles for VIPs, including safety, comfort, and cleanliness standards
• Understanding the communication and security protocols for VIP transportation, including route planning, emergency response, and incident management
• Developing safe and defensive driving techniques to ensure the safety and comfort of VIP passengers
• Adapting driving behavior to different road and weather conditions to ensure the safety and comfort of VIP passengers
• Developing an understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on VIP transportation, and adapting transportation accordingly
• Understanding the importance of courtesies and etiquette during VIP transportation, including opening doors and escorting VIPs
• Developing strategies to manage unexpected situations during VIP transportation.

Course Methodology

In this training course, we will use exercises as well as regional and international case studies. Participants will frequently work in pairs with one another and in larger teams.
