Course Methodology

The course uses mini presentations by the subject matter expert aimed at explaining the theory behind Emotional and Action Intelligence. These presentations are followed by practical applications, in the form of simulations, designed to help participants translate theory into practice. Finally, the course relies on a number of self-assessments and questionnaires the purpose of which is to help participants discover their strengths and weaknesses in this important and critical competency.
